Typed objects
Evidence does not become a fact because it was retrieved. Hypotheses do not become knowledge because they recur. Relation type, source integrity, validity time, and dependency all matter.

Uncertainty is productive when it identifies what observation would discriminate between competing mechanisms. Altheon retains unresolved questions as first-class cognitive objects.
